Well well, another friend of mine is getting hitched!! Congratulations to Kelly and Alfredo, who got engaged on Father's Day. From what I hear it was a really romantic proposal and Kelly is a very happy girl! Kelly and I have become friends through being in Jen's wedding together. She is a great gal! Fredo and I actually went to High School together back in good old EL. Congrats to you both, I wish you lots of happiness!!

So for those of you dying to know, we set a date! Peter & I will be getting married on September 22nd, 2007 - the reception is taking place at the Andover Country Club. It's gorgeous there! We are really excited and happy to have a date booked. Now we can take the time to plan all the fun stuff!

Can I just tell you that after you get engaged, the worst phrase in the entire world is: "so...when's the date??". These are words that I have come to loathe over the past few weeks. EVERYONE wants to know where, and when. I've learned to just nod and smile and say "not sure yet", and when people tell you what they did on THEIR wedding, and where THEY think you should get married, I've learned to just sit back and go "oh yea, good idea". On that note - we are 99% sure where and when we are getting married. We have a hold on the date. I'll share the news once we know for good. So for those of you who haven't asked us the question yet, come back in a few days!!

Well, for those of you who don't know already, Pete & I are happily engaged! He proposed to me a few weeks ago, and I was totally surprised! Here is a pic of us at Jen & Nick's Wedding this past weekend. Right now we are in the process of figuring out where & when we will have the wedding. Lots of planning to do!
