Christmas 2007

Wednesday, December 26, 2007
I had an awesome Christmas this year!! I got everything on my wishlist, and I'm very happy! My wonderful husband spoiled me with Guitar Hero for our Wii - I'm so psyched to play it, I know I will get addicted. I also got lots of new stamping stuff, which I love, so I'm psyched to start using it all.

I took some great photos over Christmas Eve at the Doyle house. We spent a lot of time with family & friends, I got some really cute video clips of Matthew & Catie giving us their best rendition of "Frosty the Snowman". They were SO cute and very fun to watch at Christmas. I also have some pics up from the Buckley house - they are more random as people didn't want to pose for me!! Anyway, hope you enjoy the pics and hope everyone has a wonderful New Year!

sugarloaf photos

I am uploading the photos from Sugarloaf this weekend...our trip was great! We had amazing conditions on Saturday - the mountain was open from the Summit all the way down. We got some great runs in, even though Pete ran into some technical difficulties with his board...

I didn't get too many pics of us, but I got lots of nice scenery shots, especially from the top of Timberline chair. The views from the Summit were great.

Christmas Photos will be up soon!!

frisky deer

Monday, December 17, 2007
I'm not one to judge, but damn these reindeer look like they are having a mighty good time, don't ya think?? This sure as hell isn't 10 Springs Rd...we don't let this type of inapproriate displays go on in our neighborhood. Can anyone guess what kind of people would have these types of Christmas Decorations on their front lawn? Does their last name rhyme with "elanson"?? Anyone....?
I believe more inappropriate photos of these reindeer may be found here

new hosting

Friday, December 07, 2007
I'm in the process of moving over to a new hosting provider so things might be up & down for a bit. Hopefully it will be done soon and then I can make the full swap over to our new domain name!

From now on, you can access the site by using www.peteandkerry.com - so change your bookmarks people! www.kerryldoyle.com will live on for a few short months but will eventually not be renewed.

holy coldness

Monday, December 03, 2007
was it me, or was it absolutely FREEZING this weekend? We of course decided to go get our xmas tree on Saturday (the coldest of the two), and as you can see from above photo I look like a brown wrapped up marshmallow. It was extremely cold - but was nice to get out and buy our tree. It was BB's Birthday so we picked up a lovely plant for her and got to see them too. Pete and I decorated our tree late Sunday Evening, just as the snow started to fall! I got some great pics of us being corny and decorating the tree...as well as Pete torching one of my old snowman decorations in the wood stove. I also tried to get some outdoor shots of the xmas lights with all the snow falling. The pictures never come out the way I want them to. Stupid darkness.

Jerome the Gnome

I had a trip to Cali last week for work - it was a great time, got a lot done - and it was awesome to see all the San Fran people from Greylock. We made a new friend while out there - (newly named "Jerome"). He is a friendly little fella...tad scary looking...but all around a good guy. He was spotted in numerous places with is, including the chair in my office, the car (seatbelt on, safety first!) - and of course at dinner with a few glasses of wine.

He is now enjoying his new home in Waltham. Check out the rest of the pics from my trip to CA, and more of the gnome!!

turkey day photos

Turkey Day was good times...even though the weekend started off a little rough at Joe's in Woburn. (no comment!). Anyway, we celebrated Thanksgiving out in EL with the Doyle Fam, and hung around Western MA until Saturday. We hit up Yankee Candle on Friday and a great Japanese Steak House. MMMM....check out the pics, which include Pete trying to scale Mt. Everest. He is so brave (and wonderful at posing for pictures).
